Here’s the Greg translation:
Hello Goyo, good afternoon,
My name is David… I live in Mexicali and I watch your
program Sunday mornings on channel 66.I wanted to tell you that I like it very much and also I want to take
advantage of this email to deeply (or greatly or profoundly) thank you for
this message that you deliver and which for me, as surely for many other people, fills us with faith and hope of receiving better things from God if we fortify (maybe strengthen or grow is better translation.)
our faith, also I appreciate you for teaching us to understand and
believe in the Word of God. I will continue watching your program,Thanks again and may God bless all of you Goyo,
David
We’re in reruns in Mexicali right now, so I’m not entirely sure which program he is watching but it’s probably on this page.
I am so proud of our church that we are doing something very few, if
any, other American churches are doing, broadcasting a Christian T.V.
program in a major Mexican city on a weekly basis. I like to say that
we knock on every door in Mexicali once a week. Some people answer the
door, some don’t. Some people listen to us for a second, then close the
door, some people listen more intently. But we knock on every door in
Mexicali once a week.
There are no missionaries operating in Mexico who knock on every
door in Mexicali once a week. There are no Christian tourism programs,
travelling to Mexico to work as short term missionaires and spending
more per person to travel to Mexico than we spend in 6 months on
airtime, knocking on every door in Mexicali once a week.
Thank God for the faithfulness of the people of Imperial Valley Christian Center.
