But if you actually stop to look at what the Bible says about prayer you’ll be shocked to discover that the Bible talks about prayer like it’s a sure thing, a certainty, a guarantee. The Bible pictures prayer as something more like a garden. It’s a sure thing, everyone can have a garden, but it requires effort on our part.
