Jesus spoke Hebrew
Couple interesting newspaper articles explaining why a lot of scholars believe Jesus spoke Hebrew, not Aramaic, certainly not Greek. Here's a couple quotes followed by the link.
"The New Testament presents Jesus knowledgeable of both written and spoken Hebrew.
"He is portrayed reading and teaching from the Bible, and there are clear indications in these accounts that he used the Hebrew Scriptures. In this he was not alone. We have not a single example of a Jewish teacher of the first century in the land of Israel teaching from any other version of the scriptures than Hebrew." http://blogs.timesofisrael.com/bibi-was-right-jesus-spoke-hebrew/#ixzz3DgMKqpvd
"It is no longer questioned nor considered a viable option that only Aramaic was a colloquial language in the land in the first century. Hebrew was also a colloquial language and a candidate for any teaching with Jewish audiences throughout the land, and may be the primary candidate for such teaching. As for a mother tongue, we simply do not know enough to speak about any particular family situation anywhere in the country." http://www.haaretz.com/opinion/.premium-1.596687
